CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

Can I cancel the order after it is placed?

As long as your order has not been processed and shipped, we can cancel it and refund your amount. You should get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number.

When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order?

Cancellation refunds will take around 7 working days time to get reflected back in your account. 

Can I change the product after I have placed an order?

No. You can only cancel the order provided it has not gone for processing or has been shipped

Do you have a product return policy?

Yes, we do have a 2 day return policy. Notify us of any product damages within 2 days of delivery and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost

What conditions is the Return Policy subject to?

Replacement for the product is possible subject to availability of the same with LastMinuteGift.in .Replacement is offered for the products sold by Last Minute Gift.in only. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. Damages due to misuse of product will not be covered under the Return & Replacement Policy

 

What is the Replacement process?

Damaged product has to be sent along with the invoice back to us at LastMinuteGift.in C/o H,No: 8-2-596/F/44/A,Near Karvy Office,Road No. 10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad-500034. Please do take care that that you pack the items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service
